NECI Back in High Court Dublin, Friday Morning 10.30am

The NECI, along with our legal team, attended the High Court in Dublin on Wednesday where the court heard our case for a full day, 4 hours.

A decision is yet to be issued.

As a result, we will return to court this morning, Friday 26th July, for a further hearing after which we hope to have an update on the interlocutory junction.

An interlocutory injunction is a court order to compel or prevent a party from doing certain acts pending the final determination of case. It is an order made at an interim stage during the trial and is usually issued to maintain the status quo until judgement can be made.

We will keep you updated on the progress of the case.

Thank you for your continued support. Keep spreading the word, together we are stronger.

If you want to join the NECI and help ensure a fairer and more balanced industry for Irish electrical contractors, please join us here.
